Zaha Hadid Architects bespoke Pivot door up for auction at keller’s charity event

Keller minimal windows first developed its Pivot door in 2017, featuring a unique magnetic weather seal at the top and bottom. The door quickly became highly sought after for its style and functionality.  

The bespoke leaf Pivot door was developed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects London and was first revealed at a showcase charity event held by Keller in Brussels on December 8th, 2022. The event brought together architects and industry professionals to showcase the latest in innovative materials and products tailored for high-end architectural projects.  

The elegant pivot door’s ability to “dissolve” walls and create a sense of fluid movement is a unique feature that adds a dynamic visual interest and a sense of openness to a space. The 3D curves appear differently from varying viewing angles also adds an exciting element to the design, making it reminiscent of the work of the late architect Zaha Hadid, who was known for her use of fluid and organic forms in her designs.  

 This bespoke Pivot door is a one-of-a-kind piece that is being auctioned off to support Breast Cancer Research Institutions with all  proceeds from the auction being donated to Fondation Cancer, Luxembourg.

Bidding for the bespoke Pivot door remains open until February 28th, 2023. On this day, a live stream will accompany the last 60 minutes of the auction, and at the end of these 60 minutes, the highest bidder will become the proud owner of the bespoke Keller Pivot door. The owner can then decide if they want to use it as a standalone piece of art or integrate it into a new building as an entrance door.
