IQ successfully concluded a two-week trial in which our teams returned to office-based working with additional social distancing procedures in place. Throughout these first weeks back in the building, we carefully monitored these new procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and visitors.
The showroom is now open, by appointment only, with additional precautions and procedures in place for visitors in line with government guidance.
To minimise any risk to you and our staff, we will be following strict safety and social distancing measures. As part of these measures, we will be strictly limiting the number of people in the showroom at any one time by only accepting pre-registered visitors, as well as
staggering meeting times to ensure there is no congestion.
All our team are offered Covid-19 testing twice a week to help us keep you safe. We ask that you do not visit the showroom if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19. You will also be asked to take a digital temperature reading on arrival.
Prior to your visit, you will be sent a pre-registration email detailing the safety procedures for the showroom and instructions on how to sign in remotely via your personal phone, reducing the need for shared surfaces. Once you are signed in you will then be reminded of the safety procedures.
When you arrive at the showroom for your appointment you will be asked to remain in your car until speaking to a team member on the phone to confirm the reception area is clear. Upon entering the showroom, the
temperature of all visitors will be taken and we request that hands are sanitised with the products we provide.
Additional procedures include staff members and visitors
wearing a mask when travelling around Sky House during meetings. Once seated in a designated meeting area, masks are not required as we ca
n be sure safe distances are kept. All meetings are held in open spaces or highly ventilated areas of the building, with 2 meters of space between visitors and your sales representative at all times.
We have also introduced paperless visits, whereby all marketing materials or other information will be sent to you electronically after your visit.
