minimal windows® latest product updates

The minimal windows® sliding door system is the premier solution for large sliding doors that offer an impressively slim frame. IQ has been the exclusive UK partner for minimal windows® for many years and are proud to announce this partnership has been extended for a further 3 years!

We have recently launched a selection of product updates, all designed to offer flexibility in design whilst maintaining the outstanding performance and beauty of this sliding door system.

New External Key Lock

We now have the ability to install an external key lock into the vertical stile on the lead sliding door pane. This lock is accessible from both the internal and external faces of the sliding door, allowing for key lock access from either side.

Multi Corner Slider

It’s now possible to create ‘multi-corner sliders’ which allows us to create a 90-degree corner connection from the glass between the outside and outside of the property. With the new updates the sliding doors slide away from the building fabric, ensuring points of travel are possible across all tracks. See the below diagram for further explanation:

This balustrade system is suitable for installation in an array of buildings and locations including internally and externally; including landings, stairwells and balconies. Toughened laminated glass is used for the balustrade system with a minimalistic continuous handrail for a flowing design. See these balustrades in our showroom.
