Rowood Farmhouse - Double Height Mondrian® Glass Extension

IQ Glass Project Rowood Farmhouse® Extension” width=”538″ height=”1024″>

IQ Glass designed and installed a number of glass systems, including a Mondrian® double height glass extension on this specialist glazing project for a traditional farmhouse in Chalfont St Giles. Mondrian® doors were integrated into this extension to provide the home with a new, well-lit dining area for their home.

IQ’s Mondrian® external doors were installed for access between the internal and external living spaces. Glazing bars were integrated into these doors to continue the Art Deco design of the new glass extension.

A structural glass roof was also integrated with the same design and switchable privacy glass. Integrating this switchable privacy glass gives another interesting design element to the double height extension, allowing the homeowners to control when the area is viewable from above.
