If you would like a one-to-one project consultation you can still book a specific appointment slot. This will allow us to reserve a technical consultant for you who can answer your questions, offer costing advice and show you all the possibilities for your project.

Our showroom open day in February will be a great opportunity to see all the latest updates we have made to the showroom and find out about our latest products.

What’s New?

The Apertio Solid Entrance Door

entrance door to showroom

The first thing you see when you visit the Courtyard Showroom at Sky House will be our brand new Apertio Solid entrance door. This is a new entrance door system we now offer to complement our glazing designs for entrances. The steel reinforced door is easily customisable for each project requirement. Different door finishes can be specified for the internal and external face and there is a multitude of locking options to suit all project types.

The Apertio Solid door has recently been added to our entrance with fixed glass windows either side. Our showroom door is finished with a Corten look porcelain to the outside. This is an extremely durable and hard-wearing finish for external use, even in exposed environments. The external porcelain is available in a wide range of finishes, all of which you can take a look at from our finishes selection at the showroom.

Internally our entrance door has a black oak finish. The matt black interior is very modern and works well with the grey tones we have at the showroom.

The Mondrian CWS-50 Slim System

Further, into the IQ Glass ground floor office, you will see a new installation of the Mondrian CWS-50 Slim system. This installation has been made using galvanised steel profiles which have been powder coated matt black, in keeping with our industrial design.

We have showcased a wide number of opening types and frame sections in this new area, including a French door opening, top hung windows and side hung windows.

The Mondrian CWS-50 Slim is a thermally broken steel window and door system from the range at Mondrian. It is a brilliant solution for rear patio doors with a more traditional, artisan look.

The Mondrian CWA System

If you are looking for a steel system for internal, or non-insulated use then the Mondrian CWA range will offer the best in design, function and style.

In keeping with traditional steel system designs, this hand welded steel door and screen system is used for the interior design of luxury houses, offices and leisure spaces all over the UK. The new installation at Sky House showcases an internal sliding door with bespoke decorative glass detailing plus an internal hinged door with decorative fluted glass.

The internal steel system has been used within the IQ Glass ground floor office to separate out a new meeting room space for the team and clients.

minimal windows® as a window

minimal window as window

Our slim framed sliding door system is one of the most popular glazing solutions for architects all over the UK. Within our stand-alone minimal windows show space, we have installed a new configuration of this sliding system to showcase its use as a window.

Many projects we work on want to maintain the same ultra-slim profiling for their opening windows as they do for their doors. You can achieve this by specifying the minimal windows system as a smaller window installation.

The sliding window is being shown with two different locking options, both a removable key and the basic thrust lever handle locking.

The Belgravia Entrance Door

Within the Sky House Design Centre, we have another new entrance door from the Ingresso Range. The Belgravia is the perfect entrance door for buildings in a conservation area. The external face of the door can be finished with a very traditional design, in keeping with the surrounding buildings. Then the inside face can be designed with a completely different and contrasting design, in keeping with the modern interior.

Our show door has a matt black external with a traditional bevelled design and silver accessories. On the inside face, we have chosen something completely different and finished the whole thing in a matt bronze design. All internal handles, ironmongery and the spy hole are all colour matched which created a modern internal door design.

The door itself has a steel core with an integral multi-point locking which creates a very secure barrier to the entrance of a building.

The external face can even be bespoke created to a design or picture if you are trying to create a new door for a listed building.
